The Public Justice Center, a 2011 Foundation grant recipient, settled a case very favorably that it brought against the State of Maryland concerning delays in processing Medicaid applications for adults who are blind or disabled. This settlement is described in the Public Justice Center’s Final Report for 2011 which is posted on the Foundation’s website listing of 2011 grants reports.
