The Foundation’s Board of Directors voted at its annual meeting in September 2015 to amend the Foundation’s By-laws to add two additional Board members, Judge Mary Ellen Coster Williams and Doug Hallward-Driemeier.
The Board’s formal vote to add the two new board members occurred in October 2015. The biographies of those two new Board members appear here as well as under the tab on the main page of the website entitled, “About.” (October 2015)
